Charles Darwin said “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change” while Michael Kouly stated “All the stress caused by preaching the need for change could have been saved had we focused on adaptation, innovation and evolution. Both preached that we must be responsive to change, willing to adapt, innovate and evolve to be able to survive the ever fast changing world. The way we communicate has drastically changed. Maybe few experienced how to use a typewriter* in typing letters; in mailing this letter to the post office that would take days to reach the addressee (“the term snail mail). Now, you just need to tap on your cellphone’s screen to send a message at the other side of the world in a few seconds. You may even send a video message or talk to someone while seeing each other real time. We are now in the age of perpetual digital connectedness. Social networking sites, Facebook for one has more than one billion users around the world communicating, exchanging information, bonding and maintaining relationships.

The creation of this website is born out of necessity. In this information age or digital era, we in the service sector cannot just ignore these changes and development but should adapt and evolve to likewise experience, utilize and benefit from it. By this, we intend to have a faster and more accessible way of communicating and exchanging information with our clients. In the creation of this site, we are mindful of the limitation set by professional responsibility and ethical standards among lawyers in the legal profession that we shall not use or permit the use of any false, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, undignified, self-laudatory or unfair statement or claim regarding our qualifications or legal services. We do, however, will try our best to post information regarding laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, interesting cases and anecdotes that may be useful in our everyday life.

We welcome your comments and suggestions in our site, though it is our humble request to refrain from posting remarks that might hurt or offend the feelings of others that might brought you inconveniences, worst a law suit (Cyber Libel).

Thank you and my kindest regards to all our friends and acquaintances that might be reached by this site.
