If you are planning to take the 2017 BAR Exams, you may consider the following guide. As I am always saying, your success in passing the BAR is not dependent only on your knowledge of the law principles, doctrines and concepts. Other factors should be considered. You must be ready mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, hence, your preparation must be comprehensive yet systematic. Most of the topics enumerated below are already discussed somewhere in this OAD group in my previous post. Nevertheless, I would try to discuss and post each topic in the succeeding days.

1. Plan the entire review process
2. Decide whether or not to attend BAR review classes
3. Making a good BAR review schedule (then follow it)
4. Choosing the right materials and having the right tools
5. Body conditioning (mental, physical, emotional fitness)
6. Train like an athlete
7. Be a morning person
8. Make your own reviewer
9. Learn the proper way of answering and approaching BAR questions
10. Browse your English Grammar (includes proper tenses, unity, coherence, subject-verb agreement)
11. Know by heart at least 25 landmark cases per BAR subject (50 to be in the Top Ten; 100 to be No. 1)
12. Listen to audio lectures
13. Legible handwriting your ticket to passing the BAR
14. Learning thru simulation (Mock BAR)
15. Cheat days – have fun during the BAR review
16. The month before the BAR Examinations
